The laminates manufactured by EXTEN are specifically developed to be converted in full or partial car body cover (FBC or PBC). This kind of solution represents the best practice in vehicles protection applications. The car cover indeed allows to preserve the car from external pollution from production plant to the dealer showroom.
EXTEN materials are manufactured through a continuous process of lamination of coextruded plastic film with different kinds of nonwovens (mainly spunbond and spunlace).
The nonwoven can be printed with any desired customizations (e.g. car manufacturer logos).
