Laminates for thermoforming process

These products can be obtained through standard lamination process or through an unique gluing process between coextruded films and non wovens (this particular process gives to the laminate better performance during thermoforming process).

During the thermoforming process, the nonwoven, which usually has a very good thermal stability, gets in touch with the heated mould, while the multi-function coextruded film is coupled with the other components of the complex (PU foams,glass fibers, nonwovens,….).

The film structure (up to 5 layers) can be developed together with the customer, according to his requirements.

These products are used for the production of car interiors parts (headliners, door-panels, carpets etc.)
